Past 2 months I was in and out of BMW Sytner Sheffield trying to get my steering wheel issue and tyre pressure issue on my BMW X5. The dealership charged me diagnosis fees and had the car in twice but failed to find the fault. Spent more than £200 pounds trying to sort it. We had video evidence of this. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars…. After a early morning start driving from durham to towers the car decided to pack in on us. RAC took us here and from the moment we had the car dropped off we felt like we have been coming here for ever… kept us informed from the beginning right up until pick up. I brought my car here after some car troubles- a student's worst nightmare! Dan pretty much stopped what he was doing to assist me and diagnosed the car. You can really tell he cares about what he does and he was giving me some pointers during and after the vehicle diagnostic. The report gets sent to your phone in a pdf format which is really handy. And he waived the fee which was really kind!

My partners car She totally recommends this garage. Always sorted her Fiat X out. Nothing is to much trouble. Explains everything that he’s going to do. Always in regular contact with you. Great customer care.

Sent my van in for a full service today, great service..sent photos of old filters being replaced with new, nice touch. Very knowledgeable and cares about his business therefore does great quality work, better here than a dealership or large garage where most of the mechanics are kids

Had a mare when attending an event in Rotherham last weekend, when I returned to the car the fuel pump had gone. Rac towed the car to this garage and the guy Bogdan had the car fixed and ready for me to collect by Wednesday, bearing in mind the car was dropped off on a Saturday. He was a pleasure to deal with and Iam extremely grateful to have my car back. Car was fine for a 3 hour journey home to London so I can't fault the place. Thanks again
